01About us

UAQ Deals is a hyperlocal super-app operated by Ultimate Affordable Quickmark Deals FZC LLC, licensed and registered in Ajman, UAE, with its registered office at CWS-3V-147022, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman. We operate across the Emirates of Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, with selected services available UAE-wide. The Platform connects you with vendors offering products, services, restaurants, and classified listings.

02Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under UAE law to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. We verify accounts by one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number, and also support sign-in with Google and Apple.

03Our role as a marketplace

UAQ Deals is a marketplace. Products and services are provided by independent vendors, and delivery may be carried out by independent drivers or couriers. For certain vendor categories, the seller is presented to you as “UAQ Deals Mart”. While we work to ensure quality, the vendor is responsible for the products and services they supply. Your consumer rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are preserved.

04Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and, where applicable, include Value Added Tax. We accept Cash on Delivery and the electronic payment methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed once you receive confirmation through the Platform. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud.

05Delivery and pickup

Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout and vary by emirate and fulfilment type. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for being available to receive your order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

06Wallet, coinback, and Priority Card

The Platform offers an AED wallet, a coinback loyalty programme, and Priority Card tiers. Coins and wallet credit have no cash value except as expressly provided, are non-transferable, and are subject to the programme rules shown in the app, including minimum redemption thresholds and per-order caps. We may vary these programmes on reasonable notice. Wallet withdrawals are subject to identity verification and the withdrawal rules in the app.

07Pharmacy and prescriptions

Where you use our pharmacy service, you must provide a valid prescription where one is required by UAE law. Prescription medicines are dispensed by licensed pharmacy vendors in accordance with applicable regulations. We handle any health information you provide as sensitive personal data under our Privacy Policy.

08Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns and refunds are handled in line with the applicable vendor’s policy and your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Perishable goods, personalised items, and certain health products may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method or your UAQ Deals wallet.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of UAE law.
• Post false, misleading, or infringing content in listings or reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or interfere with its operation.
• Abuse the wallet, coinback, or referral programmes, including through duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10Classified listings

Where the Platform lets you post classified listings, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing. We may remove listings that breach these Terms or applicable law. UAQ Deals is not a party to transactions arranged directly between users through classified listings.

11Intellectual property

The Platform, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by or licensed to UAQ Deals and protected under UAE law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, UAQ Deals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including your statutory consumer rights.

13Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
